His professional portfolio encompasses Tax Consultancy, Company Law matters, Accounting Consultancy, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Personal Advisory, and Secretarial Services.
He also has significant experience in cloud-based accounting and online financial management, with strong proficiency in QuickBooks and Xero. With around twenty-three years of diverse experience across NGO and corporate environments, Joel Utpal Halder is a proven finance and administration professional and a Fellow member (FCMA) of the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants (ICMAB). His academic and professional qualifications provide a solid foundation in financial and management accounting, corporate laws, secretarial practices, and HRM.
He is highly skilled in financial reporting, budgeting, donor and grant management, and corporate documentation, having successfully managed international donor-funded projects (USAID, DFID, GFATM, UNICEF). He has also driven business operations including sales, export, and policy development, and is highly proficient in cloud-based accounting and QuickBooks.
His expertise spans internal control, auditing, taxation, procurement, supply chain, and IT system administration. As a freelance Financial Consultant and Full Stack Developer, he builds scalable web and mobile applications (MERN, Next.js, Prisma, PostgreSQL, React Native) and custom WordPress sites — bridging financial strategy with digital innovation to deliver data-driven growth, accountability, and strategic impact.

Md. Sharwar Hossain oversees audit engagements, guides the audit team, and ensures the timely delivery of high-quality results in line with professional standards. With broad expertise in accounting, taxation, and financial management, he also brings extensive experience in cloud-based accounting, online data entry, and bookkeeping using QuickBooks and Xero.
Before joining the firm, Mr. Hossain served as Assistant General Manager (Tax & Audit) at Quasem Group, managing tax and audit functions across six companies, including a publicly listed entity. His career also includes key roles as Finance Manager at PIACT, Senior Audit Officer at BRAC Bangladesh, and Executive (Audit) at SABINCO. This diverse background has given him deep expertise across the corporate, development, and financial sectors.

He has completed professional training on core Accounting practices, Practical Aspects of Income Tax Laws, and Value Added Tax (VAT). With diversified exposure across corporate, medical, and NGO sectors, he continues to develop as a highly competent and responsible accounting professional.
Romen Kumar Saha

He possesses diversified knowledge in VAT, corporate and personal income tax, and company secretarial matters, including compliance with the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and Firms (RJSC). In addition, he handles annual trade license renewals and assists clients in obtaining necessary permissions from the Bangladesh Investment Development Authority (BIDA), while also providing reliable bookkeeping and data entry support.
